There are many examples of razors from antiquity, and earlier. On this website you can see a picture of a razor made \u200b\u200bof bronze, from\u00a0Egypt, 1405-1367 BCE:\u00a0http:\/\/www.sciencemuseum.org.uk\/broughttolife\/objects\/display.aspx?id=92135<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Stone Age people used tools including flint, shells and pumice stone for hair removal. But the sharpest tool known to man is the rock called &#8220;obsidian&#8221; (&#8220;glass rock). Obsidian is natural glass, formed during volcanic eruptions.\u00a0This has been used in many cultures since the dawn of time. Obsidian is actually still used today in blades for scalpels.
